Parent and Child sailing
Catamaran sailing is a super fun sport to do together as a parent and child. It is sporty and challenging to control the catamaran in the surf and at sea.
There are few things more fun than enjoying the game with the elements together with your parent/child and mastering the technique of catamaran sailing. This is the reason why at Catamaran School Zeehelden we have also started offering parent-and-child sailing in addition to youth sailing and courses for adults.

Dates and times
The parent-child sailing lessons will take place on Sunday afternoons and can be booked for a series of three lessons.
- June 1st, June 8th, June 15th
- July 6th, July 13th, July 20st
- September 7th, September 14th, September 21st
The parent-and-child sailing lessons take place under the supervision of skilled instructors and last from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM (rigging/de-rigging, changing and two hours of sailing time). In case of bad weather conditions (to be determined by Zeehelden), a new date will be set.
Need something?
All the necessary equipment (wetsuit, life jacket, trapeze and safety gear) is available. Only swimwear and a towel need to be brought.
Costs and registration
The cost for a series of three lessons is €430 in total for 1 parent and 1 child.
